Can I get into a hotel's pool if I'm not a guest?

Only if you're lucky or resourceful. Most hotels check to make sure you have a hotel room key before they let you in, and some even scan them to make sure they are current. The more popular a pool area is the more likely they are to check closely.

Do Las Vegas Hotel Pools close during the winter?

Some do, some don't. Our descriptions of pools try to give accurate informations on which ones do close, but if you want to be sure it is a good idea to check with the hotel itself. Pools that are normaly open in the winter sometimes close for renovations.

Do I need to bring a towel?

No. All of the pools listed on our site provide towels by the pool.

Are there any pools that don't allow kids?

Many of the pool areas have adult only areas. These are generally European Sunbathing (topless) areas. Pools that have these areas include Caesars Palace, Wynn Las Vegas, Stratosphere, and Mandalay Bay.

If I arrive at the hotel before check-in time, can I use the pool?

Most hotels will be happy to give you a card or pass that will allow you access to the pool area, just ask at the front desk.
